I needed to write to you and thank you for a terrific product! The chicken package has saved my life and makes me feel like I serve a wonderful meal to my family in the midst of a very busy life! After working all day as a special education teacher, carpooling my own children to swimming and trying to get to the gym myself, it is such a luxury to be able to put some chicken into the sink to thaw while I get a salad ready and heat up the grill. The chicken cooks quickly and is delicious. I love it so much that I have several of my friends buying it also. The chicken is very teen-age friendly and my kids are able to quickly cook any chicken breast and make a healthy grilled chicken sandwich whenever they need a quick meal or snack! (Do you know how much two kids swimming can eat and easily burn off?)
My salesperson, Dallas, has nicknamed me the chicken lady . It is a funny title, but I guess I have purchased a LOT of chicken&.which speaks for itself! Dallas has been fantastic at filling my orders and delivering the chicken at a time that has been the most convenient for me. It is always delivered with a smile and packed into my freezer for me. What service!!!
Thanks for making a healthy product that takes the urge out of fast food buying and helps me create a family dinner any night of the week. I will continue to tell all my friends and see if I can really set a record for buying the most chicken!

I am ready to order more of your product. A rep stopped by about 6 months ago while in our neighborhood. I ordered several packets of chicken and beef. The quality of meat was awesome and the individual packaging allowed us to use only what we needed, plus provided exceptional ease to meal planning. My wife loves it. There are so many choices of chicken seasonings that we had a different meal every night, while still using your product. And the beef made for a great summer of barbecues and Sunday dinners. As for now, we'll never buy a half of beef again or mess with chicken bought in bulk from the grocery store. We look forward to trying other products you have. Thank you for the meat that you sent to me. We served the fillet mignons to our friends for dinner on Friday night and now they want to know how they can order some of those delicious steaks. I was really impressed with the packaging. Once the steaks thawed for a couple of minutes, I was able to rip the plastic with my hands rather than use a knife like I did 5 years ago. The meat was tender, juicy and marinated to perfection. The meat did not require any additional seasoning. Once a person taste those steaks, factor in the convenience of the individual wrapped portions, and easy delivery, there's never a reason to go to the store to buy steaks again.

Dear People at PAC WEST Food Incorporated,
I am an average working wife and mother who recently purchased several boxes of your frozen meat. I had never bought meat in quantity before, but my daughter-in-law had raved about your product and then gave your representative my phone number. I had complained to her about the bad habits we had fallen into working long hours, then getting fast food to-go for dinner. I knew this was expensive and not very good for our health, but I was so tired at the end of the day that planning and cooking the evening meal was just too much work!
When I saw your product, the solution to my problem was evident. Each of your individually wrapped, prepared meat products took all the work out of the meal planning and preparation. Some of your products are marinated in a healthy tasting sauce, not soaked in fat as are most fast foods. And all the meat cuts are properly defatted and of a proper serving size that is easy to defrost and cook. The quality of your product is obvious when preparing, serving and eating this meal.
I now keep salad greens, frozen veggies and potato and pasta products around to accompany my always available meat supply. I don't plan or shop for individual meals. It takes me about 20-30 minutes after work to get together a delicious, healthy meal for my family. I either bake or broil the frozen meat, which takes no work or skill to do. Then I add a salad, veggies and a potato/pasta dish to the meal and we are ready to eat. I can honestly say it takes longer to get a pizza delivered.
Because of all the fast food we'd been eating, I was concerned my family wouldn't like good home cooked food anymore. We had developed a "fat tooth." So far though, everyone just loves this meat. I think it has to be because of the high quality of the product. The meat is very fresh, tasty and tender. WE LOVE IT!

My wife and I have been customers of yours for about 3 years and would like to acknowledge the outstanding service, product, and employees that you provide our community with. Your people are always on top of things and seem to know about when we are in need of your product and seem to appear out of nowhere when we need them. It doesn't matter which meat pack we get, whether it's the beef, chicken or pork packs, we have been outstandingly pleased with the product. They way they are packaged makes them last in the freezer and always are fresh when we cook them. We have actually had some steaks in the freezer over a year and when we cooked them, they were as fresh as when we bought them.
We would like to say thank you for the service and meat packs and hope you will continue to serve us for many a year to come.

I have been a Pac West Food customer since 1995. The steaks are tender, the chicken is to die for, and the seafood is always fresh. The only time I had a problem with a broken seal, the customer service rep. was there the next day to replace it.

I was getting ready to shut my door... but was curious because I have seen the Pac West Food truck around for many years. We have been doing business with Pac West Food since 1997. We have 7 children and a very hectic schedule. The meat packs were a great way for us to be able to cook dinner at home quickly since they are individually packaged and I don't have to wait to thaw them out. It costs us thirty to forty dollars to go to McDonald's and for a whole lot less money, we can have steak!! Add the fact that you don't have to go to the grocery store because a great representative like Paul will bring it straight to your door and the deal gets even better!
